constitute a contract between you and BtPayments. By downloading, accessing, or using BtPayments, you agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use BtPayments. If you are under eighteen (18) years of
age, you may not use BtPayments.
Services
BtPayments is an application that enables users to send funds to recipients locally or internationally. BtPayments facilitates fund transfers
between users and recipients through transfer channels and also allows users to get virtual cards for online transactions.
User Registration
To use BtPayments
You must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under
your account.
You agree to notify BtPayments immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
In the process of verifying the information provided, we have the sole discretion to refuse any account opening
application for any number of reasons without liability.
Fund Transfers
You may initiate fund transfers through BtPayments to another BtPayments user and to a NUBAN account using the send
money feature.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the recipient information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
BtPayments may impose limits on the amount and frequency of fund transfers.
Fees and Charges
BtPayments may charge fees for certain fund transfers and other services provided through the application.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of BtPayments.
Fee schedules and charges will be disclosed to you prior to initiating a fund transfer.
Privacy Policy

BtPayments collects, uses, and processes personal information.
By using BtPayments, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use BtPayments for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to money laundering,
terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.
You will not use BtPayments to transmit or facilitate any unauthorized or prohibited transactions.
You will not use BtPayments to violate or infringe the rights of any other person, including the rights of other users.
BtPayments reserves the right to block your account immediately without liability where it reasonably suspects that you are
using the application for illegal activities.
